Annette has been involved in arts and education for many years.  When she was studying at the University of Rennes in France she started to teach dance to children and teenagers who lived in disadvantaged neighborhoods. She made a great connection with kids and had a fulfilling experience. She pursued her career as a professional dancer working with renowned choreographers   in Paris, being part of the review of famous Music Hall at “the Alcazar” and the “Paradis Latin “in Paris. She trained in the circus of “Annie Fratellini” to perform a high degree level “acrobatic act” with a partner and got the opportunity to perform in Europe, Israel and Egypt.

In Mexico, she worked as a dancer and a choreographer for TV shows and theaters.  She decided to go into her career depth and studied drama at the Demetrius Sarras school and got the opportunity to act in several series for TV.  Her passion for the performing arts drove her to” CIGCITE” the “International screen player center for TV and movie where she got a degree as a screen writer. She wrote various scripts, directed and wrote a short film and has been the director´s assistant of two  documentaries.

As a parent she was actively involved in the parents’ association at the private French school of Mexico. The school called her to support them in the teaching area in Spanish and French and allowed her to gain a great experience teaching and sharing with children.

She founded her own school in Mexico and continued to teach and share her passion for arts. She gave the poorest access to the performing Arts through creative- programs and scholarships. Annette got her yoga certification in the United States of America.

“As a professional dancer I’ve been applying most of the yoga principles for twenty five years. If you want to survive and last in the competitive world of dancing, the absolute awareness of your body is crucial. But I also realize I was missing the essence of yoga, the spiritual practice. I got to the point that I was suffering by being competitive with the others and myself for so many years and was looking for a new alternative. I fell in love with yoga since the first class.  Acceptance as part of the philosophy of yoga makes me feel so relief and excited about starting a journey toward feeling good.   Acceptance is not about resignation; it’s a willingness to let go. It breathes inner power and it’s greater than force”.
